This weekend Athletic Club plays against FC Barcelona for the King's Cup in the Camp Nou. It is one of the oldest football competitions in Spain, the winner goes to the Uefa Europa League and it's followed by lot's of football fans.
Three years ago, Barcelona defeated Athletic 3-0 although most of people though that Athletic was going to win against them, In the same way, today there is people who think that they can win the match. While Barcelona has top football players from all around the world like Messi, Neymar and Suarez, Athletic can only sign up players that were born in the Basque Country, that's why is so hard to beat them. Last time Athletic won Barcelona was 35 years ago in 1985 when they had less foreign players.
There are Athletic flags everywhere in Bilbao and you can feel in the air that the people is waiting for the Saturday. If Athletic wins, they will go down the river in the Gabarra, which is a big riverboat, to the city hall and meet the mayor.
To sum up, I will like to say that I think that they will win the cup for the first time in many ages.
